These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Content Creation Workshop (“Workshop”) hosted by Anna Moy Ai Wei (Anna May) (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to these Terms.

1. WORKSHOP DETAILS

• This Workshop is a one-time, in-person experience held at a partnered café or venue in Melbourne.
• Duration: approximately 2.5 hours.
• Attendance is strictly limited due to space and venue availability to ensure a hands-on, personalised experience.
• The Workshop includes guided instruction, demonstrations, and access to digital and/or physical resources provided on the day.

2. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Due to the limited capacity and customised nature of the event, tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets are transferrable only if you notify us at least 48 hours before the event via email to [email protected]
• Last-minute substitutions on the day of will not be accepted.
• If the Workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to attend a future session.

All Workshop slides, guides, templates, and related materials are the intellectual property of Anna Moy Ai Wei (Anna May) and are protected by copyright law.
